Sehr geehrte Aktionärin, sehr geehrter Aktionär,
die Aqua Society Inc. führt am 3. April 2012 ab 10:00 Uhr eine Informationsveranstaltung für ihre Aktionäre durch, zu der wir Sie herzlich einladen.
Schwerpunkte der Informationsveranstaltung sind die aktuelle wirtschaftliche Entwicklung sowie die Re-Registrierung der Aktie des Unternehmens.
Die Veranstaltung wird im Großraum Herten stattfinden. Da wir aktuell die Teilnehmerzahl nicht einschätzen können, werden wir Ihnen nach Ablauf der Anmeldefrist die Anschrift des Veranstaltungsortes rechtzeitig mitteilen.
Zur Veranstaltung sind ausschließlich Aktionäre zugelassen, die im Vorfeld nachgewiesen haben, dass sie Aktien der Aqua Society Inc. halten. Wir bitten Sie daher, sich per Mail über info@aqua-society.com anzumelden und als Nachweis ein pdf Ihres Aktiendepots beizufügen. Selbstverständlich werden alle von Ihnen gemachen Angaben streng vertraulich behandelt. Angaben, die für uns nicht relevant sind, sollten Sie jedoch auf dem pdf bzw. der Kopie entsprechend unleserlich machen.

Falls Sie an dieser Veranstaltung nicht persönlich teilnehmen können, ist es möglich, einen Bevollmächtigten zu benennen, der sich gleichfalls ausweisen muss. Auch in diesem Fall gilt die Anmeldefrist.

Aqua Society Inc. is pleased to invite you to participate in an informative meeting that will be held for the company’s shareholders on 3 April 2010, starting at 10:00 h a.m.
The meeting will focus on the current economic development of the company and the re-registration of its shares.
The event will take place at a location in the area of Herten. Since at this time we cannot estimate the number of participants we will provide you with full details on the location after the period for registration has expired.
Please understand that participation in the meeting is restricted to shareholders who have given proof that they possess shares of Aqua Society Inc. For that purpose we kindly request you to register via an e-mail to info@aqua-society.com, adding a pdf file of your custody account. In case that you have no means to generate a pdf file you are welcome to send your registration plus a photostat copy of the custody account to Aqua Society Inc. All data on the pdf file or photostat copy which are not relevant for Aqua Society Inc. should be obliterated. Please rest assured that all information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential.
